Our translators are carefully chosen after a strict assessment process and they are all specialists in their own professional fields and are also experts in languages. Years of work experience in the international environment makes them veterans in translation. Even so, any translator that wants to work for us has to pass a strict test to assess their language proficiency, expertise and work ethics. The same test is given to applicants for reviewers and proofreaders. These three groups of professionals form the core strength of our translation team.

2．Contract Reviewing
Once the order is made, we will cross check the contract with clients to gain a thorough understanding to every request from them. We will give suggestions and discuss with clients the issues that may cause confusion.

3．Selecting Proper Translators
what makes a good translator for a project is not only language skills but also professional knowledge. We will select professional translators specializing in the related industry to translate technical documents for our clients.

4．Management Software
The following two types of software are developed by our company to facilitate work process:
Translation Project Management Software:This software enables us to promptly process new translation projects and assign the work to relevant translators, proofreaders and editors. It carries out auto monitoring and assessing on scheduled translation projects and helps us communicate with clients effectively.
Client Relations Management Software:It enables clients to supervise and monitor the progress of the projects and check translation quality via online inquiry. Clients may feedback their suggestions to ensure a satisfactory translation.

5．Translation Software
We use translation memory tools such as TRADOS to set up term bases for industries and clients. As the leading translation memory software, TRADOS automatically saves previously translated sentences into its database and if the matched sentences are found it displays the former translation. With this application, translation cost is cut down and translation time is reduced. More importantly, it greatly enhances work efficiency, and accuracy and consistency of translation.
