Our translators are carefully chosen after a strict assessment process and they are all specialists in translation for one or more industries. Transbest has set up two management systems to safeguard the quality of translation projects and produce standardized translation works:

Translation Project Management System--Specifies the responsibilities of each individual involved in the project to guarantee they can produce the most satisfactory translation works;
Client Relations Management System--Enables clients to supervise and monitor the progress of the projects and give suggestions from time to time. Final translation works will be delivered to clients after three controlled phases, translating – proof reading – editing. CAT software is brought into the translation process and with proper term bases, the consistency and compliance during translation is thus maintained.

However, to serve you with high quality translation, your cooperation in the following fields will be appreciated:

1．The words and pictures in source text are legible and clear;

2． Provide necessary reference materials as much as possible. As a great amount of time will be invested in selecting proper terminology, your cooperation on this will considerably reduce the time and effort required for the translation work. Reference materials may include: relevant previously translated works, technical terms and business correspondence, etc.

3． Please provide us with the final version of your documents, as any amendment or revision of the source text will interrupt the translation process and cause much unnecessary effort to the project.

4． We advise you leave sufficient time for us to complete the work. Translation is by all means a complicated and high demanding job. Even the most experienced translator has limitations. It is true that we work efficiently to provide prompt translation, but there is no way to meet an unrealistic demand such as one million words in two days.

What do you do if the translation has mistakes?

If our final translation products fail to reach your expectation, contact us and will correct such minor mistakes immediately. If it is found that the translation needs much revision due to unsatisfactory quality, we will repeat the project at our own expenses.
